To take advantage of the real-time shipping rates, fulfill orders and track shipments, certain information about the customer (as it relates to shipping), shopping carts, orders will be passed to the respective mailing services.

Official SFU Document Solutions websites do not automatically gather any personal information from you, such as name, phone number or email address. This information is only obtained if you provide it voluntarily, via email or through an online form. That personal information is kept as long as needed to fulfill the particular purpose for which it was collected. We may also retain your records if legally required or to fulfill a legitimate interest.
The BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. [RSBC 1996] (FIPPA) requires that you be aware that you agree to provide your contact details as part of the delivery information in order to allow SFU Document Solutions to process your order and to notify you about the status and delivery of your order.
This means that, at the point of collection, you will be informed that your personal information is being collected, the purpose for which it is being collected, and that you have a right of access to the collected information. Tracking
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
- Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and credit card/payment details. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
