If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a credit or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A return will not be eligible if:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Book with obvious signs of use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To complete your return, we require a <strong>receipt<\/strong> or <strong>proof of purchase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the situation, a restocking\/handling fee may be applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not offer refunds.  All sales are final.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at <strong>docsol@sfu.ca<\/strong> and send your item to: <em>Document Solutions<\/em> at Simon Fraser University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shipping Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To return your product, you should mail your product to: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Document Solutions<br>Simon Fraser University<br>MBC0001-8888 University Drive<br>Burnaby BC  V5A 1S6.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
